    Myself Vikram Singh Bisht MOB. no :- 7827004303. on day before yesterday myself have balance of rs. 280/- aprox. but when i checked the balance tomorrow MY BALANCE IS NILL AND I FAR AS I KNOW THAT I HAD NOT CALLED THAT MUCH AMOUNT/-
    SECOND THING ON 17-07-2017 I HAD RECHARGE BY RS. 193/- IN WHICH YOU OFFER 1 GB DATA PER DAY FOR 28 DAYS.

    I AM TRYING TO TALK TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE NO FROM LAST 2 DAYS BUT NO RESPONSE FROM YOUR SIDE.
    SO I WOULD LIKE TO ASK HOW THIS IS POSSIBLE THAT AFTER RECHARGING RECHARGE DATA RS. 193 SCHEME EVEN AFTER THAT MY BALANCE REDUCED. IN SINGLE DAY.
    SO KINDLY REIMBURSE MY FUND OF AMOUNT RS. 280/- (APROX.) AND ACTIVATE MY DATA BALANCE UNDER RS. 193 RECHARGES SCHEME.
    AND ONE SIDE YOUR COMPANY IS MOVIND TOWARDS 4G AND YOUR CUSTOMER GET SUCH TYPE OF PROBLEM. AND YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE THE NETWORK FOR 2G AND 3G .
    FROM LAST 3 DAY YOUR NETWORK SIGNAL ARE WORST WHICH I CAN’T EXPLAIN .
    I AM VERY MUCH FRUSTRATED FROM LAST 2 DAYS AND NOW I WANT TO PORT MY NO TO OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER.
    SO I WANT MY RS. 280/- APROX AND 193/- VOUCHER CREDIT IN MY A/C.
