Dear Sir,
I have booked HYD – BOM flight pnr no KMC15K, dtd 18 april 20. as second lockdown declared, and no flight was operating during this time, so i am forced to cancel my ticket and goibibo app dont have any search/confirmation of it.
Any way request you to please refund my full amount of Rs 3111 against PNR no KMC15K and confirm us about the payment as already more then two month has been passed away.

By now I have not received refund of my money amounting Rs. 5131. Since, the cancellation was from airlines end money has to be returned automatically in my account.
Note Have paid the same via my Citibank Credit Card.

I had booked round ticket from Cochin to Delhi and back (25/03/20120 to 30/03/2020). During the lock down both journeys are cancelled by airline . But still I didn’t receive the fund back to my account sofar. I received one message that the refund already processed and it will be credited my account within 4 to 5 days on 08/09/2020. I had booked a ticket from Bangalore to Varanasi & made changes to the ticket through GoAir airline, Due to certain circumstances the Airline cancelled the flight & i asked them to refund the amount as it was cancelled by Airline itself , they said that they will transfer the refund to goibibo and I will have to reach out to you. Since 1 monthI’m continuously following up with GOIBIBO customer support but I’m not getting any help, only vague reassurance. GoAir is saying that they have refunded the amount not credit shell/voucher to Goibibo and have shared the transfer details as well whereas GOIBIBO is saying that they have received the amount in the credit shell Please help me in getting the refund. And since then I’m going back and forth but not receiving the resolution.

I have booked the bus ticket through goibibo kvr travels for 11.30pm bus.. we have planned our (with my family) for that time
Suddenly we have received the message that sevice have been cancelled hence your ticket shifted to another bus@10.30pm (early timing)
We are unable to reach the boarding point on that time
If they had shifted after 11.30 pm. Bus then it’s OK
Before shifting the the ticket operater didn’t call and confirm from my end as that timing is comfort or not..
Then immediately I have called and inform t my problem as unable to reach that time(early timing).
Then then confirmed via phone we will cancel your ticket (one women talks to me)
