NON functioning of Tata Sky- DTH under common dish
I am C Sathish Ballal, Flat No:5E-207, Provident Sunworth Apartments, Venkatapura, Doddabele, Kengeri Hobli, Off Msore Road, Bengaluru-560060. My Subscriber ID is: 1342243753. My mobile no registered with Tata Sky is: 8970108900.
1) I am having Tata Sky TV DTH connection since last 2+ years. I am not getting signal since last 3 days ( dince Monday. The signal is not coming to the TVs of all the Tata Sky subscribers in our 5E block, where multiple TVs of individual flats are connected to a large commin dish on the roof top of 5E block apartment tower..
3) With great difficulty, I could some how get the mobile number of one of the local Managers of Tata Sky Mr. Madhu, ( 9740990860), who asked me to contact him Tuesday morning. I promptly called him, who directed me to contact one Ms.Kavya ( 9741115577). She informed that, there is problem in amplifier and the concerned technician will visit our apartment complex attend to it and resolve the issue on Tuesday itself.
3) I also received an SMS from Tata sky on Tuesday, informing that a technician would visit me on Tuesday between 1pm to 3 pm – Message copy appended. But, no one turned up.
“Hi! Your field visit appointment request for Tatasky WO No# 1-3DEBN95D has been taken for 25/01/2022 from 01:00:00 PM-03:00:00 PM. However, there might be delay in attending the same due to current COVID19 situation. Please ensure any amount paid to the technician for recharge is credited in your Tata Sky account before he leaves. 4) While I got many calls from Tata Sky Executives from Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bengaluru, on 26.01.2022 assuring me that the technician from the Company will visit my flat and resolve the issue, no one visited. A call from Tata Sky from Bengaluru ( 080-48633411) today afternoon, asked me to check whether the signal is coming. When I told that signal is not coming, the person told that, the company technicians are working on the common equipment / dish and will visit my flat and resolve the issue. Leaving all my work, I waited for the whole day in my flat waiting for the technician till 8,pm. But no one turned up. Meanwhile, I also understand that, the problem in some of the flats in my block which are under the same common dish have been solved.
5) I regret that, when I took the lead on behalf of all Tata Sky subscribers in my 5E blick and lodged complaint with the Company and also followed up with the team in Bengaluru, the company has left out my flat itself for rectifying the problem.
Hope the Company, being a reputed Tata concern will appreciate the issue and resolve the same atleast today, failing which, I will be constrained to report the poor customer service of the company in social media and will also take up the matter in consumer forum..
